Deputy Commissioner, Kengoo Zuringla, IAS, today chaired a meeting of all District Level Officers (DLOs) at the Conference Hall of the DC Office Complex, Kangpokpi district.
During the meeting, the DC discussed regarding the status of quarter allotment to various department officials. She further re-directed all the DLOs to submit documents related to ownership of their respective offices, including Government accommodation. She also discussed in length about tackling encroachment issue.
Kengoo Zuringla also discussed with the DLOs regarding ongoing and completed department activities in the district. The DLOs were asked to coordinate with other departments as per the requirement in order to speed up the activities and for impactful implementation of schemes/projects.
The DC further asked the DLOs to make sure that all the seasonal activities are implemented on time and that all the activities regarding various schemes/projects are informed to the District Administration Kangpokpi for smooth and proper coordination.
Earlier, the DC also had a meeting with the members of the District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) at the Conference Hall. Award of ex-gratia assistance to the next of kin of the deceased due to Covid-19, procurement and payment in connection with the damages caused by natural disasters at Sub-Divisions among others were discussed at the meeting.
