As a part of fortnight-long “seva pakhwada” campaign to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday a blood donation campaign was held at Jiribam 50- bedded hospital today.
Speaking on the programme K. Sarat Kumar Singh, General Secretary, BJP Manipur Pradesh said that the campaign has begun on Modi’s birthday on September 17 and will continue upto October 2 where there will be different activities undertake by the Jiribam BJP Mandal .
Achab Uddin, local MLA of Jiribam said as per guidelines of party, the Jiribam BJP Mandal will make their efforts and he also assured to give full co-operation from his side for the welfare of the poor and downtrodden in the rural areas which is the focal point of Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government.
He also added BJP is the unique party which always focus for the development of India.
Thereafter, K. Janaki Devi, Adhyaksha Jiribam said that today’s programme is organised by Jiribam BJP Mandal as a “seva” to share pain and grief of the people of India with an objective to bring a better society in India. she also added that the campaign which started from today will continue upto September 02, she appealed to all the people as well as BJP workers and sympathisers to take party in the said campaign.
The programme was graced by K.SaratKumar Singh, General Secretary, BJP Manipur Pradesh, Md. Achab Uddin, MLA Jiribam, K. Janaki Devi, Adhyaksha Jiribam District, N. Budha Chandra Singh, Social Worker, Jiribam as a presidium members.
