Govt needs support of people for better output, says Minister Satyabrata

As part of welfare activities undertaken for his kendra, CAF & PD Minister Th.Satyabrata today inaugurated a community hall at Khongman Mangjil within Yaiskul AC. The community hall was constructed under the initiative of the Khongman Mangjil Development Committee.
Speaking at the occasion, Minister Satyabrata said that he appreciated the roles and responsibilities taken by the deceased elders whose efforts made the construction of the community hall possible today. There was a slight conflict regarding the location of the community hall prior to its construction. I give sole credit to the Development Committee for completion of the hall. I will try to include a kitchen part or washing basins in the hall. I will also try to fill up other requirements in the community hall like fans etc. in the future, he also stated.The Minister also assured that he understands the problems faced by the people of his Kendra when the locality is affected by frequent rains. We would try to construct drains needed to solve the problem with the support of the people, he stated.
Minister Th.Satyabrata also assured that his aim in entering politics is to carry out some remarkable and memorable developmental activities for Yaiskul Kendra. “The state and situation of Manipur today is quite different and much changed than it was earlier some 4 years ago. Solving of bandh-blockade issue takes effort, time and critical thought process. These problems have been amicably solved or minimised under the able leadership of our present Chief Minister,” he said.
“The BJP Government at the centre and the state is quite kind and considerate to us as it has appointed Sharda Adhikarimayum as the state unit President, Leishemba Sanajaoba as Rajya Sabha member and myself as a state Cabinet Minister, all from Yaiskul Kendra,” Minister Satyabrata assured. He also appealed everyone present at the gathering to support the present Government as it works for the welfare of the people.” I will also try my best and perform well for the service of the community and people of the state to build a better Manipur. We, the Government seeks the co-operation and support of the people to perform its duties effectively.”
Former corporator Ward Number 18, Yaiskul AC, Inunganbi Laimayum Devi highlighting the achievements of the present BJP Governmnent, said that blockades are stopped within 15 days, naming of Mount Herriet, Andaman to Mount Manipur and 2017 warships INS Imphall and Bir Tikendrajit Road during L.K.Advani’s time. The Narendra Modi Government has introduced various schemes like the Nari Shakti for women empowerment, Ujwala gas connection to eradicate poverty,Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao and Ayushman Bharat, she also said. The state Government has also launched the Chief Minister Hakshelgi Tengbang for looking after the health needs of Manipur by providing financial assistance. Yaiskul MLA and Labour Minister Th.Satyabrata is a kind man with good nature who is really concerned about the development and welfare of his locality. He has undertaken construction of roads and other activities like facilities for making water reach the unreached areas of Yaiskul Kendra ever since he came to power, she also lauded. The community hall at Khongman Mangjil will be very much beneficial to people belonging to Booth number 25 and 26 of Yaiskul AC, she elaborated.
The dignitaries of the function paid floral tributes to the photos of deceased elders – R.K.Irabot Sana, Huidrom Thambalngou Singh and Langoljam Shamu Singh who made special contribution to the construction of the community hall during their life time.
An office of the BJP, Ward number 18, Yaiskul Mandal was also inaugurated today.
Member IMC R.K.Manorama Devi, Secretary Khongman Mangjil Development Committee L.Priyokumar Singh, other members of the Committee and locals of Yaiskul AC were present during the function.
