National Integration Tour flagged off

PIB (DW)Imphal, Feb. 20: Maj Gen PN Rao, Sena Medal, General Officer Commanding, Red Shield Division flagged off a 13 day long National Integration Tour (NIT) to Indian Military Academy, Dehradun and Delhi on 20 Feb 15 from Leimakhong. The tour has been planned keeping in mind the idea of National Integrations which will assist the potent minds of young students from remote areas of the State in comprehending vast diversity, traditions, customs, technological &economical development of the country. The students of remote areas of Singhat Sub Division would be visiting National Capital Region of Delhi which will definitely broader their horizon. The tour comprising of 15 boys and two teachers from schools of remote villages of Singhat Sub Division, Churachandpur will culminate on 03 Mar 15 with flagging in ceremony.
