The Students bodies of Jiribam District unit AMSU, MSF and DESAM appealed to the concerned authorities to appoint principal in-charge of Jiri College unbiased.
On a press communique, on behalf of three students bodies, the President of Kangleipak Students Association ( KSA), Jiribam Branch L. Balask Meetei said that Jiri College is the lone college in the district where students acquired higher education.
He appealed to the concern authority to select the principal in-charge of the college on seniority basis from the teachers of the college.
He also cautioned not to involve any political influence or impartiality in this matter in the larger interest of students community of Jiribam.
