Group of like minded peoples from all walks of life called “ Iramdam Ima Manipur” extends monetary support to an individual called Ningthoujam Ongbi Angangcha from Thanga Karang. A member of the group, Moirangthem Ashinikumar informed Imphal Times that, Angangcha has been suffering from an unknown ailment and was hospitalized at RIMS. Ashinikumar further said, there is no one to look after the family and the family has been going through hard times. And taking in view the hardships faced by the family, our group decided to extend monetary support to the family, he added. The group will continue to help those in needs, added Ashinikumar. Further, the group appeals to the government to take necessary measures to help those in need. The monetary help was handed over to the family on 24th February 2020. Members of the group contributed at their own capacity to extend the support. Iramdam Ima Manipur, a Facebook group formed by like minded individuals has been working selflessly for such cause since its inception.
