Thoubal Municipal Council organised one day solid waste management workshop for Self Help Groups at Thoubal Municipal Council campus today.
The workshop was attended by Thoubal Municipal Council, Chairperson, Th.Shyamo Singh, Executive Officer, Salvador T.Baite and Centre for Science and Environment, New Delhi, Deputy Programme Manager, Dr.Sonia Henam as presidium members.
Dr. Sonia Henam as a resource person of the Workshop said about how to keep clean the environment and its good measures. She added that the responsibility of the municipal council and its work. She further answered the question which was asked by the workshop attendees.
Self help groups members and Councilor which are under the jurisdiction of Thoubal municipal council were also attended the workshop.
