Th. Radheshyam said that the North Eastern states of the country has been lacking behind despite of all the talents the region has, and the progress of the region now lies in the hands of the young people. He urged the students to become the solution provider with their abilities and talent that they have been nourishing with the education they have receiving since the day they took their first step.
The ex Minister Francis Ngajokpa said that everyone in this world comes alone and will die alone.  The knowledge of light that one receives should be taken along the path of their life for the betterment and well being of the society.
The two students of the college who hold positions in the recently declared Higher Secondary Examination, 2018 conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur were also felicitated.
