The distribution was carried out under the supervision of Bishnupur DC in-charge and Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Toijam Opendro MCS, who also serves as Vice President of the district branch of IRCS. The relief activity was jointly led by IRCS Bishnupur District Branch Chairman Dr. Wahengbam Gulapi.
The relief drive was undertaken with the support and coordination of the IRCS Manipur State Branch, which facilitated the distribution of essential materials to several households impacted by recent floodwaters across different parts of the district.
