Imphal, Oct 10: Rongmei Naga Youth Organisation Manipur (RNYOM) called indefinite bandh on National high way 37 from October 11 midnight against the negligence of maintenance the road by the state government.
Speaking to the media person the President of RNYOM, Singamlung Dangmei said that the organization had submitted memorandum to Chief Minister on October 3, 2016 to renovate the 4.5 long Lungkao to Kaiphundai of Maku side within 7 days which is in the worse condition for transportation.
He further added state government has failed to give any response to the plea of the organization. It further added that as the government has failed to response to the demand of the people the people of the area is left with no choice but to cal indefinite bandh along the National High Way No. 37 from midnight of October 11.
