IKl blames govt. school teachers for ill performance

Iramdam Kanba Lup (IKL) today blamed the government teachers over the bad performance of the government runs schools in the recently concluded High School Leaving certificate examination and Higher Secondary School examination conducted by Board of Secondary Education Manipur and Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur.
In a press statement the organisation said that the recent result is embarrassing for the government schools as students from the private schools are doing much better. It said the government school teachers know only to demand increment to their salary but they never render their duty. The organisation further appealed the government to take adequate action to the teachers who had failed to produced good students.
