Governor –in-charge of Manipur Prof. Jagdish Mukhi today inspected the condition of the Integrated Check post and Indo Myanmar border trade at Border town Moreh today at around 11 am.
After checking the condition of the Integrated Check post the Governor inspected the condition of the Indo-Myanmar Border Bridge. The governor then inspected the Indo-Myanmar Friendship Gate No. 2 .
Later after the inspection the governor Jagdish Mukhi held a meeting with various representatives of Civil Society bodies and community leaders at Convention Hall Trade Center Moreh.
The governor also interacted about the issue and problem of the traders.
Grievances of the people due to lack of proper infrastructures of the district hospital Moreh as well as deteriorating inter-village road connectivity were brought to the notice of the governor by the leaders of the various communities.
