In the continuing of 4 years celebration of the Government of Manipur, the Deputy Commissioner of Senapati flagged off the tableaux of Har Ghar Nal, Handwashing and Jal Jeevan Mission today from Senapati Traffic Point at 10: 00 A.M.
Briefing on today’s Flagged off ceremony, he said that it is an awareness programme carried on water conservation and also handwashing. With the implementation of Jal Jeevan Mission, he said that every household would get the tap water connection by 2021. In today’s programme, recorded audio of about awareness will be played on local dialects along with the showcase of the achievement of the government on the Mobile T.V. will be displayed to the public at every stop, he added.
Besides, a parallel programme on handwashing and Jal Jeevan mission is done in all the Sub- Division Block and Health Centres across the district in a befitting manner. The Tableaux on Har Ghar Nal, Handwashing and Jal Jeevan mission was flagged off in presence of DLO’s, PHED staff and the general public.
