FGN alleges fraudulent activities of Akham Kamei

Mr. Akham Kamei alias khampu kamei, Sangaiprou Village, Imphal, Manipur presently serving as an employee of PHED, Manipur state posting at Noney, Tamenglong District, Manipur has been fraudulently collecting money in the name of Zeliangrong Region, NNC/FGN with some discharged NNC/FGN workers at Imphal. This was stated by George , Secretary, Information & Publicity Deptt. Zeliangrong Region, Federal Government of Nagaland (FGN) a statement Midan Peyu ZLR, FGN said.

It added that in 2015, Gaidimchungpou, Midan peyu, Zeliangrong Region (ZLR), federal Government of Nagaland (FGN) called on Akham Kamei at Kohima, Nagaland and advised him everything what is right and what is wrong. Where he assured that he will no repeat to do the same in the future without the knowledge of the Midan peyu, ZLR, FGN.

“He, however, fraudulently collected money again in 2017 without at authorization of Midan Peyu, ZLR, FGN. So, he was summoned at Laungbungjang Area (Jiri Area) by regional government. At that time also he confessed and said, “I will never do again against the interest of ZLR, NNC/FGN.” Thus he bit a bullet and promised in the name of God, Saying: I will never do the same, if I do the same let this bullet judge me. Therefore, the regional government, NNC/FGN forgave him again on humanitarian ground.

“But in this year, 2018 too, he repeated his deceptive behaviour again. So, the Regional  Authorities, ZLR, FGN sincerely warned him and his family members over telephone to refrain from such ill habits. Hence the regional government, FGN shall now no longer to tolerate if he does not surrender to regional government, FGN within 14 days.

“Lastly, on behalf of Zeliangrong Region, NNC/FGN unequivocally make known through this press note to our Zeliangrong people and fellow NNC/FGN workers no to confuse about the feaudulent activities of Akham kamei”, the statement added.
