Expenditure observers take stock of Poll Preparedness in Thoubal & Kakching Districts

Thoubal, Feb 11:

The District Administration Thoubal along with Expenditure Observers of State Assembly Election 2022, today took stock of poll preparedness in Thoubal & Kakching Districts.
Manishkumar Gupta, IR & TAFS, Expenditure Observer of 30-Lilong, 31-Thoubal & 32- Wangkhem, Kapil Dev Meena, ICAS, Expenditure Observer for 33-Heirok, 34-Wangjing Tentha & 35 Khangabok and Dev Prakash Barmanavat, IRS(C&CE ), Expenditure Observer for 36 -Wabagai, 37-Kakching,38-Hiyanglam & 39-Sugnoo visited Election Expenditure Monitoring Team of Thoubal & Kakching, Media Certification & Monitoring Committee, and Election Control Team. The team of Expenditure Observers was accompanied by A.Subhash Singh IAS , DEO/DC, THOUBAL and M. Angam Kabui, MFS, TO, Thoubal
It may be mentioned that Assembly Election for the 10 Assembly Constituencies of Thoubal & Kakching will be held on 5th of March as per revised schedule of Election Commission of India.
The Manipur Assembly elections will be held in two phases on February 28 and March 5 to elect the 60-member state Assembly. The results will be out on 10 March.
