Dy. CM wishes on Idd-al-Fitr

Manipur Deputy Chief Minister Yumnam Joykumar has extended wishes to the people of Manipur especially to Muslim brethren on the auspicious and joyous occasion of Idd-al-Fitr.
“Idd-al-Fitr is an important religious festival celebrated by Muslims across the globe that marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting. The festival celebrates the conclusion of dawn-to –sunset fasting during the entire month of Ramadan. It signifies the spiritual purification by avoiding eating, drinking and also towards Allah – The creator”, a message by the Dy. CM said,
He wished the festival herald the sanctity of humanity by spreading love, harmony, brotherhood and peaceful co-existence the people of Manipur in days to come.
