DIPR invites entries for Short Film Competition to Champion Social Awareness

The Directorate of Information and Public Relations (DIPR), Government of Manipur, is organising a Short Film Competition aimed at raising awareness on pressing social issues through storytelling. The contest invites filmmakers, content creators, and the public to create impactful short filmsfor promoting awareness and positive change in the society.
The Short Film Competition will be held under various themes, including ‘My City, My Responsibility’, ‘Say No to Single-Use Plastic’, ‘E-Challan Awareness’, ‘Unity in Diversity’, and ‘Support, Don’t Punish’. The contest is open to all, and participants are required to submit films with a maximum duration of two minutes, either in English or Manipuriin MP4 (HD) format.
Participants must submit the completed entry form along with apen drive/DVD or an online linkcontaining the short filmto the DIPR Head Office at Nityaipat Chuthek, Airport Road, opposite BJP Office, Imphal West, during office hours. A hard copy of the entry form is mandatory and must be submitted to the DIPR Head Office.
