Manipur Horse Riding and Polo Association has condoled the demise of Konsam Tomba Singh. Konsam Tomba Singh expired on May 2 and is being remembered for his contribution towards development of Polo. A two minutes silence was observed as a mark of respect to the departed soul during a condolence meeting held at the office of the Manipur Horse Riding and Polo Association at Lamphel on Tuesday morning.
