Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren Singh greets the people of the state on occasion of the “Ima Imoinu Iratpa Numit”.
Ima Imoinu is the indigenous Manipur Deity which the people of the state still continue to worship despite being converted into other religion.
Ima Imoinu is the goddess of wealth for the people of the state . On the Day Chief Minister in his message conveyed his heartiest greetings to the people of the state.
“On this day , Ima Imoinu , the Goddess of wealth and prosperity is worshipped in our homes with gaiety and fervor and her blessing sought for. May this festival brings prosperity, happiness, love and peace to the state”, CM N. Biren wrote in his message.
