Center has no knowledge of NSCN-IM violating ground rules

Imphal, Dec 23: Union Home Minister of State Kiren Rijiju had stated that the center has no information about the violation of ground rules by NSCN-IM in the soil of Manipur.
Replying to reporters in the press conference held today at Old Secretariat conference Hall, Rijiju said that there is no illegal act of NSCN-IM going on to the knowledge of the Central government to the soil of Manipur.
“There is no illegal act going on in our knowledge if there are anything as such I would like the state government to bring it to the notice of the Central Government”, said Kren Rijiju while replying to a question on whether the center had any knowledge of NSCN-IM camp opened at certain places of the state.
“The ground rule is very clear, it has been conveyed that the ground rules cannot be floated”, the Union Minister added.
Kiren Rijiju however said that there are certain activities found illegal and such cases are taken care by the security forces.

Mr Ibobi CM of Manipur is the root of all the violence that is happening in Manipur. His ideology of divide and rule has brought hatred towards the hills n valley people. He blamed NSCN, UNC as a terrorist but Mr.Ibobi he himself is the terrorist bombing hatreds among the peace loving people of Manipur!

UNC/NSCN (IM) is responsible for unrest in Manipur. The killing of Manipur Police by UNC armed cadres is not known by Centre is a blatant lie.

Ibobi administration is the worst administration in the entire states in India. Its hard to believe all those inhuman moved his administration has done for the past 15 years. The communality of the Manipur congress should be ashamed of the largest secular-democracy of this country. His administration is the complete disgrace of this country. Look at all the mess he created. The escalation of the enmity, magnitude of the communal violence, doublestantard treatment to the Nagas, depriving the lands and rights of the Nagas, valley-centric or valley oriented policies, worsening of the infrastructure, unreliability of the means of the transport and communication system of the hilly region, brimming of the corruption, so on and forth. India shouldn't have such a dirty minister.

How a responsible minister say that the Govt is unaware of illegal activities carried out by NSCN IM and UNC!!! Such statements question your own image and the level of importance you give to the North East region of India. How the central govt remain uninformed of the paralysed socio-economy of Manipur for not only 50 days but for years (as this is repeated and continued blockade of NHs by UNC). I understand the inefficient and incompetent state govt role here but why people should suffer? What advisory role central govt has played in to resolve this decades old problem? Why checks the govts.did to stop nagas practice of illegal tax collection from vehicles plying on NHs? Blocking NH for personal/community gain is a felony, what action has been taken to arrest such act in the last 15-20 years?

Kiren Rijiju assumed that Manipur has no media, no telecommunication system, no TV, no phone, a place lived by the blind people and no intelligent bureau officer, therefore central Govt. has no knowledge about NSCN (IM) violating the ground rules in Manipur for many years, and any issue in the State will not reach their ear because its a neglected State. His statement clearly means that. The central political game played by supporting one side and creating division, between the communities, and using it as device, for their benefit, at the cost of public life ... He and the central leaders must be laughing seeing their game becoming more and more successful. CM Ibobi and his party must be listening such talks like illiterate, uneducated person; what a shame!!! What an unmanly timid foolish Govt. we have, I feel insulted and being fooled again and again. CM Ibobi remained quite listening Kiren Rijiju's mokery talks directly on the face of all the people of Manipur. He doesn't consider Manipuris are human being even. Because of the State Govt.'t inability to fetch anything outside his home, Manipuris have to accept being considered as garbage and foolish people. What a shame ... What a shame...!!! ,

Ibobi is a convenient tool and trusted lieutenant of ....he is in power in colluding with them..animosity towards the tribals in general n Christians in particular,meiteis preach deeply sympathetic n understanding words to people from outside manipur state,while they themselves never intend to practice wat they preach,the only sick state in india is manipurr .

There is a saying in science....for every action, there is an opposite equal reaction....here Muivah is the action and Ibobi is the reaction. If we are truthful to our conscience, why blame only Ibobi. Before the 1990s no such was there. Who started all this? Ibobi was not even a recognised political figure back then? All the land in state belongs to Manipur... not the Nagas, not the Kukis nor the Meiteis....proof is the land belonged to the King back then who sign the merger agreement with India.

Police has been ambushed and three killed, several fighting for their life in hospital beds. Arms were looted from the Police. The NSCN IM may not own up but everyone believes it is them and there are no other suspects in the case. So simple is the case. Yet the Hon'ble MoS Home says NSCN IM has not violated ground rules. Are we to believe that the ground rules permit such actions on the State Police. Or are we to suspect that IM is not permitted to attack only Central forces and only in such eventuality the Union will consider it as an attack on the Indian Union and that the attack on the State Police is not an attack on the Indian Union. The Govt needs to be clear on what it wants to do and be firm and not resort to sacrificing the State at the cost of a terrorist organization that is responsible for killing children, women, unarmed men, murder of important people among Nagas as well as other communities.

Ibobi was the CM for so many terms he was a men with no responsibility who hate the civilian and a very corrupted to innocent civilian..... No development at all he is really weak ...if ibobi continue his terms there will be more problem,people will keep protesting against his dictactors action...there will be no peace,harmony n security if ibobi play old dirty minds this type f people who really don't care about society must vanish or unexist anymore only that peace will bloom..only that i can assure100% that there will be peace society will live happily n enjoy the power of sovereignty with the central govt
