Cease fire review committee meeting between NSCN-IM and GoI held

Imphal, April 19: A cease fire review committee meeting was held at New Delhi on April 17 between the National Socialist Council of Nagalim (NSCN –IM)) and Government of India (GOI).
As per released from camp Hebron, MIP of the NSCN-IM said that the meeting started with cordial atmosphere whereby important issues were discussed and reviewed. After minute discussions and thorough deliberations, decisions were made in an accommodative spirit. 
The meeting was chaired by Smti. Rina Mitra, Special Secretary (Internal Security) and attended by representatives of GOI including  Mr. Satyendra Garg, Joint Secretary (Home) Northeast In-charge, MS. A. Radha Rani, Deputy Secretary (NE.III), Mr. Gurbachan Singh, Additional Director (IB), Mr. A.K. Mishra, senior Joint Director (IB), Northeast In-charge,  Mr. D.K Pathak, Chairman CFMG, Maj. Gen. Sanjay Gupta, IGAR (North), Brig. D.S. Rana, DGMO.
8. Col. Amit Tewati, DGMI, Maj. P. Lokchandar, DGMO, Mr. S.C. Sahoo , Mr. Jyoti Kailash, Principal Resident Commissioner, Nagaland House, New Delhi.
The NSCN-IM  team was led by Lt. Gen. (Retd) V.S Atem, Collective Leadership Member. Other committee members included are  Mr. Vikiye Awomi, Convener CFMC, Mr. Tongmeth Wangnao, Collective Leadership Member,  Mr. Angaikham Makunga, SEM,  Mr. K. Chawang, SEM, Mr. V. Horam, Kilonser MIP, Mr. John Anal, Secretary to Vice President, GPRN, Mr. D.J. Rudolph, Secretary CFMC and Brig. H. Shadang, GHQ Naga Army.
 The meeting was reported concludes with a very progressive result however details of what has been discussed have not been let known to the press.
