Imphal, Dec 28:

The Secretary of the Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BoSEM), S. Mangijao, today refuted the allegations made by the All Manipur Muslim Students’ Organisation (AMMSO) against the authority of BoSEM regarding the printing of textbooks for the academic session of 2024 at certain printing farms without issuing work orders.
Speaking to media personnel in the presence of other BoSEM authorities, Mangijao stated that no work order has been issued for the printing of textbooks for the year 2024, and no textbooks are currently being printed by BoSEM. He added that if the AMMSO, which accused BoSEM of printing textbooks without a work order, fails to provide proper evidence, BoSEM will take appropriate legal action against the organization for defaming them.
Mangijao also mentioned that work orders for the printing of textbooks for the year 2024 will be issued this evening.
