Passengers along the Imphal Kongba road faced serious inconveniences as diesel auto service came to a complete halt in support of the ongoing protest for introduction of Inner Line Permit System. Around 50 diesel auto today parked near Kongba Ola Ground and staged protest under the initiative of Polo Ground Maning Parking Joint Administrative Council.
