Imphal, June 21: A combined team of 7 Assam Rifles (AR) and Moirang Police today caught one woman arms smuggler from Churachandpur area at around 10:30 am. The apprehended arms smuggler has been identified as one Lamngailing Baite (24) d/o Holkhongjang Baite of Torbung Village, Churachandpur District. One country made 9mm Pistol along with one magazine was recovered from her. Later, Lamngailing Baite was handed over to Moirang Police Station by the 7 AR team.
