Imphal, July 7: All Christian Minority Organisaiton (ACMO), Kakching organised an one-day legal awareness programme at Grace Cottage Academy today under the aegis of District Legal Services Authority Thoubal. The chairperson of Kakching Municipal Council M Inakhunbi Devi was the chief guest at the function while founder of Kakching Life Centre N Shyamkumar Singh was the president and councilor of ward no 11 Ksh Jhaljit and administrator of the school N Radhamani were the guests of honour. Resource persons Advocate N Modhu spoke on the topic ‘Protection of Women from Domestic Violence’ and Advocate Y Mohendro gave his lecture on ‘Right to Education and Food Security Act’.
