Troops of Jwalamukhi Battalion of Senapati Brigade under aegis of Red Shield Division apprehended one active cadre of KUFO in an operation carried out on Jan 10.
The cadre who was apprehended from Bongmol, Senapati district of Manipur, was identified as Houpu Dimnsgel, age 29 yrs, s/o Paomang Dimngel, resident of village Motbung, Senapati district of Manipur. He was apprehended along with one point 22 Revolver (Thailand made), one 9mm Pistol, three live rounds of point 22 Revolver and six live rounds of 9mm Pistol. He was reportedly involved in nefarious activities.The cadre was handed over to Police.
