My dharma, which is based on the fact that I was born and raised in a Hindu family, is to follow the right path in order to bring about unity with the Creator. Since ancient times, India, which is also referred to as Bharat, has been described as a land of seekers. The sole remaining and flourishing ancient civilization in the world. The Hindus, as seekers, refrained from interfering in the matters of other religions that emerged outside India. Consequently, the populace of Bharat integrated and embraced foreign cultures and traditions. Bharat is a symbolic representation of interdependence, the harmony that exists between humans and nature, coexistence, tolerance, and the freedom to pursue any philosophy or ideology without being hindered or restricted in any way. During the course of successive invasions and the oppressive dominion of the invaders over the course of nearly a millennium, millions of Hindus lost their lives in response to the pursuit of these qualities.
The constitutions of advanced Western nations, such as the United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, and other democracies, have chosen to be secular, despite the fact that Christianity is the predominant religion in these nations. The people who live in these countries allow different religions to coexist with Christianity, which is the dominant religion in the country. Despite some religious tensions, the administration maintained a neutral stance. One could make the same argument for the most theocratic nations in West Asia, particularly those in the Arab world. Gulf States, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, etc. Under the protection of the monarch, Hindu immigrants are permitted to build Mandir and celebrate Hindu festivals.
In spite of the fact that sharia law is in place, there are no instances of immigrants being converted against their will in Arab Muslim nations. This is the most remarkable aspect of these countries.
With the exception of the Taliban’s rule in Afghanistan and the region that was under the control of the radical Islamic terrorist group ISIS, where religious minorities are subjected to severe persecution. In the case of Pakistan and Bangladesh, both of these countries are democratic and have adopted secularism; however, the state authorizes the practice of extreme sharia law, which is comparable to the brand endorsed by the terror group ISIS. There have been numerous instances of religious minorities being subjected to mob lynching on the grounds that they have committed blasphemy. Additionally, there have been instances of the destruction of temples and properties belonging to religious minorities, as well as the kidnapping and conversion against their will of young women who belong to religious minorities such as Hindus, Christians, etc. It is against their will that these young women are being coerced into converting to Islam. The kidnapping of young girls, also referred to as minors, is another concern that is widespread.
The puppet administration that the US Biden administration installed in Bangladesh, headed by Nobel laureate Muhammad Yunus, has unleashed a genocide against religious minorities, especially Hindus, following the violent coup d’état that toppled Sheikh Hasina’s government. The most extreme Islamist political party in the nation, Jamaat, and the opposition BNP were all complicit in this coup plotted by the US deep state. The Hindu population of Bangladesh is still experiencing unspeakable horrors at this very moment. The international media, including Al Jazeera, which is based in Qatar, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), and western mainstream media, have remained remarkably silent regarding the ongoing pogrom against Hindus. The fact that they were favoring the Palestinian cause and promoting them as victims around the clock with hashtags like “all eyes on Rafah” targeting Israel has brought to light their double standard. On the other hand, when it came to the ongoing state-sponsored atrocities committed against religious minorities, particularly against Hindus in Bangladesh, they decided to remain completely silent. In my upcoming article, I will elaborate on the state-sponsored pogrom in Bangladesh targeting minority Hindus.
