Rejoinder to “MCSCCE fiasco of 2016 : Don’t mislead: GoA”

Sir,

It is surprising to read in the news article that some so-called Group of Aspirants in their press conference talked about a news article, where they are not a party, addressed it as ”without consulting the Group of Aspirants”.  My humble question is who are this group of Aspirants that anyone who feel aggrieved with the MPSC exam and wants to highlight their plight in the media have to “consult” them first?
It was also mentioned in the article that ”Regarding the demand to re-conduct the 2016 preliminary examination as well, Kishan said that the Group of Aspirants had also tried to find out if there were irregularities with the preliminary 2016 examination but couldn’t find any supporting evidence”. My only question is that is the Group of Aspirants some sort of an investigating agency that everything they found out it true and whatever they don’t find is false? Then how did they missed the fact that the children of both the Inquiry Committee members appeared in the same exam but failed? Even after knowing this fact, has the so called Group of aspirants ever highlighted this fact to the public in the medias?
And lastly to reply to the point where they said “If some had belief and proof that there had been irregularities in the 2016 preliminary examination and genuinely wanted MPSC to re-conduct the preliminary examination, they would have gone to the Court before the 2016 Main examination”, my question is who is this Group of Aspirants to question the timing of anyone to approach the Hon’ble Court. Isn’t this matter to be decided by the Court whether the delay is acceptable or not?
Lastly, I would like to conclude by saying that if the so called Group of Aspirants want to question the legal rights of an individual, instead of giving a “Maan ki baat”-like press conference, they may organize a TV channel discussions with all the interested parties including the terminated candidates, in order to bring out the truth infront of the general public.
