The Office of the Commandant, 10 Battalion Border Security Force (BSF), THQ Loktak, Bishnupur, has announced a public auction of various categories of unserviceable Government stores in accordance with the prescribed disposal policy.
The auction is scheduled to be held on 8 June at 10:00 AM at THQ, 10 Bn BSF, Loktak, Komkeirap, near NHPC Project, District Bishnupur. Items available for auction include unserviceable Defence Stores, Fire Fighting Equipment (FFE), Tentage, Construction Stores, Motor Transport (MT) unserviceable spare parts and batteries, Tarpaulins, TTF items, and other miscellaneous stores.
Interested bidders are required to register with the Commandant, 10 Bn BSF, at least one day before the auction by depositing an earnest money amount of Rs. 10,000, which will be refundable or adjusted against the final auction value. Participants must present original Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and GST Registration Number during registration. Failure to provide the required documents will result in disqualification. The auction will be conducted on an “as is where is” basis, and all items will be sold to the highest bidder. Successful bidders must make full payment immediately upon conclusion of the auction and take possession of the auctioned items. Payments will be accepted in cash only, and cheques will not be entertained.
The BSF will not provide transportation or logistical support for the removal of auctioned items from its premises. Applicable GST, if any, will be levied as per prevailing Government rules. The Commandant reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reasons and may postpone or adjourn the auction if circumstances so warrant. In the event of a bandh or strike on the scheduled date, the auction will be conducted on the next working day. Further instructions, if any, will be announced at the venue on the day of the auction.
