In an official memorandum, L. Shanjitkumar Singh, Secretary of Cheirak Loishang, has appointed Yaiphaba Thokchom as the Yaiskul Lakpa of Cheirak Loishang under the Shri Shri Govindajee Temple Board, Palace Compound, Imphal East.
Yaiphaba Thokchom, son of Thokchom Jasobanta Singh and Thokchom Ongbi Sagolsem Nanao Devi, has been entrusted with this responsibility to ensure the smooth functioning of the Cheirak Loishang. The appointment has been made with the approval of the competent authority of the Shri Shri Govindajee Temple Board.
