HERICOUN celebrates foundation day

Ethno Heritage Council (HERICOUN) Manipur celebrated its Foundation Day with a ceremony held at the JN Manipur Dance Academy.
The event saw the presence of distinguished guests, including W. Nabakumar, a retired Professor from Manipur University, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Yumkhaibam Surujitkumar Khuman, the President of HERICOUN, led the proceedings as the presiding officer. Bijoy Kakchingtabam, the President of the All Manipur Working Journalists’ Union (AMWJU), was honored as the Guest of Honour. Additionally, Longjam Ratankumar, Advisor to HERICOUN, and RK Tharakshana, President of WASDEV, were also in attendance, making the event a memorable one for all participants.
