With Karam Shyam tendering resignation, today, at least two BJP MLAs have sour relation with Chief Minister N. Biren Singh

With the resignation of one more BJP MLA from the Chairmanship of State Tourism Corporation of Manipur Limited the assumed rumours, about some BJP MLAs not being satisfied with their legislature wing leader is slowly appearing in the public domain.
After Th. Radheshyam tendered his resignation from the post of Advisor to the Chief Minister N. N. Biren Singh, it does not take long for MLA Karam Shyam from tendering his resignation from the post of Chairman, of Tourism Corporation of Manipur.
The resignation letter submitted to Chief Minister N. Biren Singh – the legislature wing leader of BJP, straight away mentions that he has not been assigned any responsibility as a chairman.
“I tender my resignation from the post of Chairman Tourism Corporation of Manipur Limited as I have not been assigned any responsibility as Chairman”, MLA Karam Shyam who got elected on a BJP ticket from Langthabal Assembly constituency wrote the single-line resignation letter and submitted today (March 17).
Insider sources said that many of the BJP MLAs who got elected in the 12th state assembly election are not satisfied with the working of Chief Minister N. Biren Singh. The source said that even though the BJP has more number to form the government after the merger of five 5 (five) JDU MLAs, some BJP MLAs who were Minister in the last term are not happy, however, could not raise their voice due to strict rules of the BJP.
“Now as MLA Radheshyam has tendered resignation from the post of Advisor to CM by expressing words of frustration, another BJP MLA Karam Shyam also tender resignation from the post of Chairman of Tourism Corporation of Manipur Limited.”, the source told Imphal Times.
After Karnataka State Assembly Election, there is going to happen a major reshuffling of the BJP party organisaion in Manipur. This will happen after the replacement of A Sarda Devi, the present president of the BJP Manipur Pradesh.
Karnataka State Assembly Election is scheduled on May 10 this year to elect 224 MLAs. The result will be declared on May 13.
