PLHIV put up several demands

In a press conference held today at Manipur Press Club, Imphal Platform for Positive Women (PPW) and Women Action for Development (WAD) urged the government to fulfill their various demands; to provide nutrition support for people living with HIV syndrome (PHLIVS) for both adult and children, to provide reservation of government welfare schemes for PHLIVS such as smart card, job card, housing scheme etc., to implement the installed viral load machine, to ensure easy access of art medicines at designated centres and to expedite admission reservation for OVC at recognized private schools.
