Chandel,Oct.13: First Guava Festival was held today at Liwa Sarei Village community Hall with much fanfare of varieties of programme.
Krishna Kumar, Deputy commissioner, Chandel,IAS graced the inaugural function of the festival as Chief Guest while LV.Robert , President, Chandel Naga Peoples organisation, CNPO presided over it. SDO Chandel Ksh Siddharth, MCS and CEO of ADC Chandel Ts.Kothar also attended as guests of honour.
