Imphal, July 24: Chief Minister N Biren Singh today expressed unhappiness over the appearance of MPCC President TN Haokip’s photo in a hoarding of BJP in connection with the party’s state executive meeting.
Replying to questions by opposition member Kh Joykhishan during the zero hour of the ongoing state assembly session, the Chief Minister said that the government or the party has no intention to tarnish the image of the MPCC leader.
