17 year old boy drown

Imphal, July 19: A 17 years old boy from Wangoi Mamang Leiphrakpam Leikai has drowned at Wangoi Mamang Leiphrakpam Ngangou pat today morning around 10:30. The drown boy has been identified as one Yumnam Momocha. Momocha fell into the water when he slip from an air tight tyre tube while on his way to fetch fish from fish net station at the Wangoi Mamang Leiphrakpam Ngangou pat. Yumnam Momocha is a student studying in Class 10. Locals of the Wangoi Mamang Leiphrakpam Ngangou pat along with the army personnel have begun search operation for the body of Yumnam Momocha but still no sign of the body to be found at the time of filing this report. Mention may be that the incident occurred area is under the Ngangou Loukol which has is still affected by water from the recent flood broke out from the Imphal River
