Imphal, May 3: Police arrested a suspected vehicle thief identified as Riyaj Khan, 26, son of late Abdul Gaffar of Borayanbi Khunjao Palli, Moirang in Bishnupur district from near the Sulabh complex at BT Road along with a Suzuki Access (MN01Z 7113). In this connection a case has been registered at City police station under IPC 379 and investigation is underway.
