Imphal, Aug 16: A statement by Ksh. Yoiheiba, media Co-ordinator (CorCom) today stated that former Pradhan of Sawombung gram Panchayat Sandham Ibomcha Meitei (46) of Yorbung Khunou who was responsible for inciting mob against the revolutionary movement in 2008 Oct 23, has been pardon after the former pradhan himself surrendered to CorCom and plead for forgiveness.
