Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner of Senapati District Jacintha Lazarus, IAS has been posted as the Special Secretary (Health and Family Welfare) while C. Authur, IAS, Director of Edn (U) and Chairman of COHSEM has been appointed as the Deputy Commissioner of Senapati.
