Dr. S.V Ngachan, Director, ICAR – RC for NEH Region, Umiam, Meghalaya, Dr. A.K Tripathi, Director, ICAR – Agriculture Technology Application Research Institute (ATARI), Zone-III, Umiam, Meghalaya and Dr. N. Prakash, Joint Director, ICAR – RC for NEH Region, Manipur Centre, Lamphelpat graced the meeting as Chief Guest, Guest of Honour and Functional President respectively.
