One Thokchom ongbi Bina of Heirok Thokchom Leikai part 2 has alleged an advocate to have taken a sum Rs 49 thousand from her by promising justice for her land case. She said the said money was taken from her in the last 10 month. However when she inspected to the court the advocate did not even file the case.

Not good. Kills d profession itself. We should not forget that what we do individually may affect d whole. Lets be careful.
WHY NOT PUT THIS MATTER BEFORE THE BAR COUNCIL, BAR ASSOCIATION OF MANIPUR…. HE COULD BE BARRED FROM PRACTISING IF PROVEN.
U can put up a suit against the advocate both in civil n criminal case
For cheating, dishonest, contemp of professional ethics.
