Joint Secretary of the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Human resource and development, G.C. Hosur’s called on to MUSU leaders failed to tame the students of Manipur University as there seem to be no possible solution. The problem in Manipur University is gaining its momentum with the Manipur University Employees Association joining the agitation after MUTA.
Large number of members from The Manipur University Employees Association today staged a sit-in-protest inside the University complex demanding immediate solution to the crisis. Later the none teaching staffs also carried out a protest rally.
Meanwhile students of the Manipur University today staged a protest rally carrying slogans which denounced the Vice Chancellor.
